All purchases are final, including samples, decants, travel sprays, discovery sets, signature sets and sealed full-size bottles.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been dispatched. Samples, decants and travel sprays are prepared individually for each order and cannot be returned, restocked or transferred back into the original bottle. Sealed full-size bottles are final sale once dispatched, except where an item arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect.
As fragrance is a personal experience and develops differently on every skin, returns cannot be accepted for personal preference, longevity, projection or change-of-mind reasons.
We will always assist if your order arrives damaged, leaking or different from what you ordered.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the item, packaging and shipping label. Please keep the item and packaging until we have assisted you.

Claims submitted without clear photo or video evidence may not be approved.
Once we confirm the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but refunds typically appear within 7 to 10 working days after approval.
Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, leaking or incorrect due to an error on our part.
