We want every Microniches order to be part of an enjoyable fragrance experience. As each decant is carefully prepared by hand especially for you, please take a moment to review our Returns and Refunds Policy before placing your order.
All purchases are final, including samples, decants, travel sizes, discovery sets, signature sets, and sealed full-size bottles. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been dispatched. Decants and travel sizes cannot be returned because they are individually prepared and transferred from their original fragrance bottles. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, they cannot be restocked or transferred back into the original bottle.
We will assist you if your order arrives damaged or leaking, or contains an item different from what you ordered. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but refunds typically appear within 7 to 10 working days after approval. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, leaking, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
